Schedule (Example)
- 6:00 PM Guest reception
- 6:15 PM Aperitif in the front area of Restaurant Hagerbach with lasso throwing and nail hammering
- 7:00 PM Seating in the event cavern
- 7:15 PM Dinner in the event cavern
- From 9:45 PM Opening of dessert buffet and bar / dance floor / lasso throwing and nail hammering
- 12:00 AM End
Menu Proposal
Aperitif:
Mini-hamburgers, New York club sandwiches, onion rings Quesadillas with bean paste and tomato salsa, beef jerky Tortilla chips with melted cheese
First Course:
Corn cream soup with diced bell peppers
Second Course:
Surf and turf with beef fillet and shrimp, sweet potato fries, mixed vegetables
Dessert Buffet:
Banana pudding, American apple pie with vanilla ice cream, Pancakes with maple syrup, cheesecake in a glass with raspberries Doughnuts

Theme base price per person:
- 80 to 160 persons, CHF 20
- 60 to 79 persons, CHF 30
- 40 to 59 persons, CHF 40
- for less than 40 people, flat rate CHF 1600
- for more than 160 people, price on request

- Room rental with equipment such as sound system, microphones, 6 projectors, decorative lighting, disco lighting
- Room and table decoration with Wild West wall projections

Price Food:
- Wild West menu, 3-course and aperitif CHF 138 per person,
