Welcome aboard our unique Star Wars Space Party at VersuchsStollen Hagerbach. We have successfully brought this theme to life for a wide variety of corporate events, birthday parties, and special occasions – and every single event turns into a completely new experience. That is exactly what makes our Space Party so special: the concept can be individually tailored to your wishes and ideas.
From atmospherically decorated tables to a fully transformed event cavern, an immersive setting is created that transports your guests directly into a distant galaxy. One of the highlights begins with the “launch into space”: impressive video projections, lighting effects, ground fog, and powerful sound create the realistic sensation of a space flight. During the countdown, your guests remain comfortably seated while looking through the virtual “spaceship windows” straight out into space – an experience guaranteed to leave a lasting impression.
Whether you are planning a galactic dinner, interactive entertainment, or spectacular special effects, the Star Wars Space Party can be designed to be elegant, action-packed, or anything in between. Of course, the atmosphere becomes even more impressive when the guests themselves become part of the story. That is why we always encourage creative outfits, Jedi robes, futuristic looks, or full Star Wars costumes. Together, this creates a unique atmosphere that turns the event into a true highlight.

Schedule (Example)
- 6:00 PM – Apéro in the front area of the restaurant
with first photos at the photo booth - 7:00 PM – Guests take their seats in the Event Cavern and drink service begins
- 7:15 PM – Launch into space featuring projections, ground fog, and sound effects
- 7:20 PM – Starter served
- 8:05 PM – Main course served
- 9:00 PM – Entertainment program such as Space Karaoke or a Space Quiz
- 9:45 PM – Dessert served
- 10:00 PM – Dancing / Bar – or continuation of Karaoke
- 12:00 AM – End of the event – or extension until a maximum of 4:00 AM
Price
Base price per person for themed events:
- 40 to 100 people, CHF 49 per person
- 101 to 160 people, CHF 39 per person
- For fewer than 40 people, flat rate of CHF 1960
- For more than 160 people, price upon request
Includes:
- Room rental including technical equipment such as sound system, microphones, 6 projectors, decorative lighting and disco lighting
- Space launch simulation with video projection, sound effects and low-lying fog
- Room and table decorations, including decorative wall projections on the side walls
- Star Wars Lego set (approx. 70 individual pieces), one per person to assemble during dinner and take home afterwards
- Illuminated lanterns in the event cavern
- Illuminated railway tracks from the tunnel entrance to the restaurant
- Black chair covers and tablecloths, menu cards and more
- Furniture for the aperitif and dinner
- Service staff and bar rental

- Customisation of the “Launch into Space” video / individual projection adjustments: CHF 120 per hour, depending on the required effort
- Projection package “Outer Space Plus”: before each course, a flight to a different planet or galaxy, including a return flight to Earth at the end of the event. CHF 1200
- Photo booth in the front area of the restaurant, based on individual quotation
- Space Song Karaoke with host from VersuchsStollen, first hour including screen for guests, monitor for singers, Karafun karaoke software, and 2 microphones: CHF 595
- Karaoke extension, if more than one hour is desired: CHF 120 per additional half hour
- Space Quiz entertainment programme with host from VersuchsStollen, approx. 30 minutes: CHF 295
- Extension after midnight: flat rate CHF 220 per started hour
