Schedule (Example)
- 6:00 PM Welcome reception with the House Sorting Ceremony
- During the cocktail reception, each guest is assigned to a house (Gryffindor, Slytherin, etc.)
- 7:00 PM Seating in the Event Cavern
- 7:15 PM Dinner in the Event Cavern. Optional: a professional magician who subtly mingles with the guests
- After the main course House quiz duel with topics such as movies, general knowledge, and company-related questions.
- 9:45 PM Dessert
- 10:30 PM Themed awards: “Order of Merlin” for employees, “Best Potion Master,” etc. (Combines company content with the theme)
- 11:00 PM Dance / Bar
- 12:00 AM End
Price
Base price per person for themed events:
- 40 to 160 people, CHF 40
- For fewer than 40 people, flat rate of CHF 1,600
- For more than 160 people, price upon request
Includes:
- Room rental with equipment such as sound system, microphones, 6 projectors, decorative lighting, disco lighting
- Room and table decorations, wall projections with a Harry Potter theme, gnarled trees hanging from the ceiling, menu cards, and more
- Hosting of the sorting ceremony and House Quiz Duel
- Furniture for the cocktail reception and dinner
- Service and bar rental
Price Food:
- based on individual selection from the "Corporate Events and Private Parties" brochure
- or, upon individual arrangement with the head chef, a themed menu
Price Drinks:

Optional services for dinner:
- Photo booth in the front section of the restaurant with a “Platform 9¾” backdrop, based on a custom quote
- Magician based on a custom quote
- Extension past midnight: flat rate of CHF 220 per hour or portion thereof
Optional extension of the Hogwarts world into the depths of the tunnel:
- Guests don’t simply enter the room—they are led into a hidden world through a mysterious entrance in the forest.
- With atmospheric lighting, fog, and sound, the experience evokes the feeling of discovering a hidden part of Harry Potter.
- The path leads to an aperitif deep in the tunnels, before continuing on to the restaurant via the Hogwarts Express—our tunnel train—and a very special experience begins that will be remembered for a long time.
- Another highlight is the opening of the “Sealed Chamber”: After the aperitif, it is spectacularly opened before all the hungry wizard apprentices make their way to a delicious dinner.
