In collaboration with alpgeschenk.ch, we mature fine alpine cheese.
We sell the cheese as a "guest gift" at parties, seminars or company outings - or directly in the Hagerbach restaurant.
That's why it's worth cutting off a piece!
- As part of the "Inspiration Room", the cheese cellar promotes new perspectives! (The aim of the Inspiration Room: to contribute to the United Nations goal of "Zero Hunger" by striving for a shift from above-ground - and increasingly scarce - space to underground and to demonstrate new solutions).
- The cheese is ideal as a "guest gift" for any event.
- The conditions in the gallery are well suited for the longer storage of cheese, so the mild alpine cheese can slowly become mature.
