What is the Hagerbach Academy?

The demand for skilled workers is high, apprenticeships are becoming fewer or disappear completely.This makes it even more important to qualify and train employees in a targeted manner.

The Hagerbach Academy is a new training concept of the Hagerbach Test Gallery and apart from the traditional training offers with real physical trainings on site, we have now upgraded and complemented the offer with the new digital and virtual possibilities available to us today.

The concept of the Hagerbach Academy allows that the practical demonstrations will still be held at the Hagerbach Test Gallery and additionally the whole training will be broadcast live. This means that teaching of the practical content can take place on site and be transmitted via cameras, stationary or mobile as well as bodycams. Interaction between speaker and participants is thus possible at any time.
